Granma Pasta Garage is first and foremost an artisanal pasta lab, where fresh pasta is handmade every day using traditional techniques and a touch of creativity. More than fourteen different shapes showcase the variety and richness of our production, designed to highlight carefully selected flours and high-quality ingredients.

From sheets rolled out with patience to fillings crafted with attention to detail, every step is carried out with passion and precision. The result is pasta that preserves the authentic taste of tradition while opening the door to new culinary interpretations.

BRONZE-DRAWN PASTA

bucatini

Long, tubular pasta with a hollow center, perfect for holding rich and creamy sauces. Typical of Roman recipes like amatriciana.

Caserecce

Short and slightly twisted, ideal for thick sauces and ragù. Their shape holds the sauce well in every bite.

Fusilli

Short spiral pasta that captures thick sauces and vegetable- or cheese-based sauces, making every bite flavorful and hearty.

Linguine

A type of pasta similar to spaghetti but flatter, perfect with fish-based sauces or light sauces like Ligurian pesto.

MEZZE MANICHE

Short and tubular, ideal for ragù and creamy sauces. Perfectly designed to hold sauce within their core.

Pappardelle lisce

Long and wide, perfect for hearty, meat-based sauces like wild boar or beef ragù.

Pappardelle ricce

A wavy version of pappardelle that holds sauce better, ideal for rich and hearty dishes.

Spaghetti alla chitarra

Square, rough-textured spaghetti typical of Abruzzo, perfect with simple yet flavorful sauces like ragù or fresh tomato.

Tagliolini

Thin and delicate, perfect with light sauces such as butter and sage, or fish-based dressings.

STUFFED PASTA

Cappellacci di pesce

Fresh fish–filled pasta, with an intense and refined flavor, perfect with delicate seafood sauces or simple dressings of oil and herbs.

Culurgiones patate e menta

Typical of Sardinian tradition, filled with potatoes and mint, offering a fresh and comforting flavor, ideal with light tomato sauces or butter and sage.

Ravioli ricotta e limone

Delicate ravioli filled with fresh ricotta and lemon zest, light and fragrant in flavor, perfect with melted butter or gentle sauces.

Tortelli di melanzana

Softly filled with eggplant and stracciatella, a creamy, slightly sweet mix, perfect with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and aromatic herbs.

Send your order conveniently via WhatsApp, specifying quantity, pasta type, and any special preferences. Your request will go directly to our pasta lab, ready to be processed.

wait for confirmation

After sending your request on WhatsApp, the lab will review your order and send you a confirmation with the time your fresh pasta will be ready for pickup, so your fresh pasta is ready right on time.

pick up your order

You can come to the lab to collect the fresh pasta you ordered. Your order will be ready, carefully packaged, and prepared with care, so you can take it home and enjoy it at its best.
